Holy Family School has been recognized by the Catholic Schools Office for the Archdiocese of Boston for academic excellence. Designed to create life-long learners, our curriculum guidelines are established by the Archdiocese of Boston, the Department of Education and are under constant review by the faculty.
We believe that learning is derived from a variety of disciplines. Integrating academics and the arts across the curriculum helps a student to master higher order cognitive skills such as reasoning, logic, analysis, and synthesis.
HFS graduating students from both the Class of 2016 & 2017 were offered hundreds of thousands of dollars in academic merit scholarships to the Private and Catholic high schools of their choice. HFS students consistently score in the top 25% nationwide in standardized testing. HFS students are consistently placed in honors courses in area private and Catholic high schools.

For God and Country. These are not just words on our school building, they embody a truth that we at HFS cherish and honor. Our Catholic identity is an integral part of our school life. In addition to teaching the basic beliefs of our faith, we encourage our children to live their faith through active participation in the liturgy, in para-liturgical celebrations, and community service projects. Our students are encouraged to be Christ for others. Faith & Values are learned and exhibited through monthly masses led by each class and the faculty chosen theme that sets the tone for the school year
In addition to teaching the basic beliefs of our faith, we encourage our children to live their faith through active participation in the liturgy of the Church and involvement in community service projects.
Every year HFS has a theme. The theme for 2017-2018 is:
”We Believe in a Future Full of Hope”
